Welcome!
Dear Newest Redhawk:
Congratulations on choosing Miami! I hope that you are excited to become part of the University and join us on Miami's campus! Miami is a unique school, and you should feel proud to enter a university where generations of other great students have already called home.
As undergraduate students, one of the greatest challenges we face is financing a college education. To help you with overcoming this obstacle, the Ohio Eta Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity at Miami University is pleased to offer the Balanced Man Scholarship, for which all incoming male freshmen of the Class of 2013 are eligible to apply.
Two (2) recipients
of this scholarship will be selected based on excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, athletics, and community service during their high school careers. We believe that living the Balanced Man ideal allows one to succeed by striving toward balance in all aspects of life.
To apply for the scholarship, you must submit an online application by clicking the link at the bottom of this page
and
send a copy of your official high school transcript to:
Aaron Rohe
Balanced Man Scholarship
220 E Vine St
Oxford OH 45056
Failure to submit both items by the deadline -
September 25, 2009
- will cause you to be ineligible for the scholarship.
Applying for the Balanced Man Scholarship in no way obligates you to join the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. Should you have any questions concerning the Balanced Man Scholarship, please feel free to email me at
RoheAD@muohio.edu
. Enjoy the summer, and we hope to hear from you soon!
Sincerely,
Aaron Rohe
